Wow. Flashback. I bought that Harrington golf jacket with zip out lining in navy, the blue oxford boxers and the wooden cedar blocks at the bottom from that catalogue.
Also from the same catalogue a great red/yellow/black tartan poplin BD (which I can see was a Wallace Tartan of ‘imported Gingham’ from page 20 of the catalogue), a blue end on end BD and a couple of polo shirts. The cost of the phone call to the US was insane in those days. Everything used to arrive in dark blue card boxes with gold stamping. It seemed so exotic compared to the stuff you could in buy in England.
